What happens after I sign up?
Payment (either in full, or your first payment of £39 depending on what option you've chosen) will leave your account straight away. If you've signed up for the 12 month payment plan, a further £39 will leave your account on the same day every month for the remaining 11 months.
Once you join the Intentional Year, I'll ping you over an email straight away (remember to check your spam if goes missing - and drop me a line if you can't find it at [email protected]). In the email you'll find details on how to register for your free Retrospective ticket (you'll need to do that to make sure you get the joining link and recording). This will tell you how to join live, or if you're joining the Intentional Year between 15th-31st December, how to access the Retrospective Recording and Workbook. It will also give you the link to sign up to our TIY google calendar (if you'd like to).
If you're one of the first five to sign up, I'll send you an additional email within 48 hours containing a code so you can sign up for free and get started in The Compass as soon as you'd like.
After The Retrospective, the first email (the Oracle card) will land with you on January 4th 2027, and we hit our monthly rhythm from there.
Just a gentle reminder that if you unsubscribe from Quiet the Hive emails while you're on the programme, you will no longer receive The Intentional Year emails. If, for any reason, don't want to receive any other emails from Quiet the Hive, let me know. Also, if you need to change your email address with Quiet the Hive, let me know so I can ensure you'll receive all Intentional Year emails to the best address for you.

Refund Policy
Please note – The Intentional Year is intentionally a year-long programme, not a rolling membership. It's been created that way so that you can make thoughtful, intentional choices throughout the year (and have time to put them into action and see the benefits). When you join, you're committing to the full year.
You can choose to pay in full or spread the cost over 12 monthly instalments. The monthly option is a payment plan for the full programme fee, rather than a subscription you can cancel at any time. You're committing to the full amount, regardless of how you choose to pay. As such, payments are non-refundable except where you're entitled to a refund or cancellation under your statutory consumer rights or the Quiet the Hive Terms & Conditions.
I know you wouldn't expect anything different from me, but I want to be super transparent so you know exactly where you stand.
